Introduction

My name is Paula. I have an ocean kayak. I'm a scuba diver & spearfisher & attend college in CamdenCounty, NJ. I work also. I would like to have friends to kayak with. I live near Blackwood, NJ.

What types of water do you like to paddle? (flatwater, rivers, open water, whitewater, etc)

whitewater, ocean, bays.

What skill level are you? (beginner, intermediate, advanced)

beginner. Just learned the hard way how to stop it from being upside down!

Do you own your own boat(s), and if so what types?

Yes. Ocean Kayak, single person.

When are you normally free to paddle?

Most weekdays. I work weekends.

Welcome Paula to the sailing meetup. I'm also a scuba diver. We share a lot of the same outdoor passions. I'm a percussionist. Although our political perspectives may be a little different, I think we"ll make good meetup friends. We look forward to having sail with us!
