It's Hump Day again! We'll meet at one of our favorites, Stewart Lake Park. This man-made series of lakes in the heart of Woodbury is an easy, Beginner level paddle. It's a great chance to get out and meet the group if you are new, or to catch up with old friends. The water is still cold, so dress appropriately. We often stay out after dark (although you can leave whenever you need to) so a flashlight and/or headlamp is useful for loading up when we are done.

There's a surprising amount of wildlife to be seen, including both great blue and green herons, egrets, geese, turtles, and more.

We may regroup for munchies after the paddle at the Colonial Diner if any are interested.

The lake access is just off of Red Bank Ave behind the YMCA.

glad to be out on the water again and see some familiar faces that i haven't seen all winter.
    •  Who ever thought you would see a Tsunami on a lake!!! Well we did; in fact we saw 3. All were 125 in length and Mango in color. We (Larry/Randy/Ron) were awesome … we owned the lake!!! Had a great time; good to see some old familiar faces and some new!!!
