Come fight the winter doldrums and join us at our second annual Winter Planning Session. We'll be meeting to discuss our camping and day trip plans for the upcoming kayaking season. Afterwards, we'll head to a local restaurant for food and fun.
Here's how it works:
We'll meet at the Gloucester County Library in Mullica Hill NJ at 3pm. I will reserve one of the meeting rooms for us. If you do not see us when you arrive, ask at the front desk to find out which room we are in.
Come with ideas of places you would like to paddle. We'll mostly be hammering out where we want to go for our camping/kayaking trips, but we'll also be taking notes on places for day trips. Bring any resources (maps, brochures, etc) you may have.
We'll decide on at least one camping/kayaking trip for each month from April through October and get our dates finalized so that people can plan vacations ahead of time.
The library has free WiFi so feel free to bring a laptop with you.
Unable to attend? You can also 'telecommute' to this meeting. I'll have a web chat set up for the evening and you can join us online if you cannot attend in person. Details for that will be posted closer to the date.
After the meeting, all are welcome to join us at a local diner for food and fun. We had a great time last year! Come on out and help us make next season our best yet!
